CVMC’s Physical Therapy Department is dedicated to helping patients alleviate pain, restore function, and enhance mobility following injury, surgery, or illness. Our team of licensed physical therapists utilizes advanced rehabilitative techniques to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.
